These terms apply to all purchases from http://dirt-demon.com.www101.jnb2.host-h.net/, operated by Dirt Demon (Pty) Ltd (“Dirt Demon”, “we”). By placing an order you agree to them.
1. Prices and orders
All prices are in South African Rand and include VAT at 15%. Delivery is calculated at checkout. An order is accepted when we confirm it by email. We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable or a price was shown in error, in which case we refund you in full.
2. Payment
Card payments are processed securely by Yoco. We never see or store your full card details. Approved trade customers may be granted credit terms, which are subject to a separate credit application and must be settled within the agreed period.
3. Delivery and risk
Delivery times are estimates. Ownership and risk pass to you on delivery. Please check your order on arrival and report any damage within 48 hours.
4. Cancellations and returns
See our Shipping & Returns policy. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act.
5. Safe use of products
Our products are cleaning chemicals. Always read the label and the Safety Data Sheet, follow the dilution and usage directions, wear the recommended protective equipment, test on an inconspicuous area first, and store products out of reach of children. Some industrial products are sold to approved trade customers only.
6. Trade accounts
Trade accounts, pricing tiers and credit terms are granted at our discretion and may be reviewed or withdrawn. Trade prices are for the account holder’s own business use and resale only as agreed with us.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss or damage caused by using products contrary to their directions. Our liability for any claim is limited to the price paid for the product concerned.
8. Privacy
We handle your personal information according to our Privacy Policy and the Protection of Personal Information Act.
