Delivery
- We deliver nationwide across South Africa through our courier partners. Live courier rates are calculated at checkout from your address and the real weight of your order, so you only pay for what it costs to ship.
- Most orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. You will get a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is collected.
- 210L drums and 1000L IBCs ship by freight. We will confirm the delivery cost and date with you before dispatch.
- Collection from our Midrand premises can be arranged on request.
Returns
- Unopened products in their original, sealed packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Return delivery costs are for your account unless the product is faulty or we sent the wrong item.
- For online purchases you may also cancel within 7 days of receiving the goods, as provided by the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act.
- If a product arrives damaged or leaking, please email photos to info@dirt-demon.com within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it at our cost.
- Your rights under the Consumer Protection Act are not affected, including the return of defective goods.
How to return something
Email info@dirt-demon.com with your order number and the reason. We will reply with return instructions. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7 business days of us receiving the return.
