Dirt Demon products are formulated and blended in Midrand, Gauteng, South Africa, and tuned for South African conditions such as hard water.
Is Citrobomb biodegradable?
Yes. Citrobomb is a water-based, 100% biodegradable degreaser that is OECD 301D and 303A compliant. It is non-caustic, non-corrosive, solvent-free and has zero VOCs.
What dilution should I use for Citrobomb?
Use it neat for extreme grease and engine bays, 1:4 for machinery and undercarriages, 1:10 for wash bays, floors and parts, 1:20 for tools, vehicles and painted surfaces, and 1:50 for daily maintenance cleaning. Start at 1:10 for routine workshop cleaning.
Which car shampoo is safe on ceramic coatings and PPF?
Both Dirt Demon car shampoos are pH-neutral and safe on wax, ceramic coatings and PPF. The Nano Ceramic Wash & Protect Shampoo also adds a hydrophobic nano-silica layer with every wash.
Can I wash a carbon fibre motorbike with S44?
Yes. S44 Powersports Cleaner is balanced-pH with no caustic chemistry and is safe on carbon fibre, anodised aluminium, chrome, titanium, rubber and plastics.
How do I pay?
You can pay securely by card through Yoco at checkout. Approved trade customers with credit terms can also pay on a 30-day account.
Can I buy in bulk?
Yes. Citrobomb is available in 5L, 20L, 210L drums and 1000L IBCs, and several products come in 20L pails. Trade customers get tiered pricing. Apply for a trade account or request a bulk quote on our Trade page.
How do I open a trade account?
Apply online at dirt-demon.com/trade/apply. Most applications are approved within one business day. Once approved, your trade prices show automatically when you log in.
Do you supply Safety Data Sheets?
Yes. Safety Data Sheets and Technical Data Sheets are available for our products. Trade customers can get them from the Trade Portal, or email info@dirt-demon.com.
What is your returns policy?
Unopened products in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Damaged or leaking items reported within 48 hours are replaced at our cost. Your Consumer Protection Act rights are not affected.
